The word is, no. The PPV coupon states 3.99 for 3.99, or so I'm told.

I had a free PPV coupon a while back and sent it in. They immediately credited my account for the 3.99 and it was 2 or 3 months later before my receiver called it in. So I think if you send it in they will do it for you. But just for the 3.99 and charge you the remaining 2. I would just send it in before the receiver calls it in.
