On mine, you could pick from one free month of Showtime, STARZ, EPIX, or a free PPV. I chose the PPV since I get the premiums already.

I received the envelope from Dish with the offers and about the free previews in February of HBO etc. and about the Dish app today. Also showing the split if the core package and locals--ending up with a $5 dollar increase--which I expected.

They added 10.00 a month on my bill also. I am locked into a price for 24 months but this charge of 10 dollars for locals is not included in that. I am more than happy with their service. When the premium 90 day package ran out i called and they gave me a good deal on hbo for 10 and showtime for 7 and the their movie package for 5. i have the 250 package and pay about 130 a month.

Let me say first off, enjoy Dish immensely and the Flex Pack is awesome. My 2 cents would be to consider adding a sports bonus pack (if due to restrictions the channels can't or may not be placed in the National or Regional) for which the remaining ESPN's, i.e. ESPNU & ESPNews along with CBS College Sports, NBA TV, MLB Network, NFL Network & Redzone are included maybe for $10.
