Dish Online playback on TV2

I can't get downloaded programs via Dish Online to playback on TV2 of my 622. It plays fine on TV 1. Anyone having similar problems? Any suggestions, dish tech support has been AWOL on this one for me.

No problems here. What's it doing? Black screen? Have you tried to reboot the receiver?

No black screen. I just stays stuck in "Please Stand By" when I start the program. I've tried a reboot. No luck.

Did you try a hard reset? (Unplug for a few second and plug back in.)

I actually ran into this myself a few weeks ago. Didn't worry too much about it and eventually watched the downloaded programs from TV1. It did the same thing though .... got stuck at a "loading" screen or similar (could have been the "Please stand by..." for all I remember).
