Dish Online Can't Play DVR Programs

I've been watching my recorded DVR programs without a sling box for quite a while. All of a sudden when I try to access my DVR recorded shows from my work computer, a prompt tells me I need a sling box. What's the deal? It worked before, but not now.

Can you please send me your account information and just verify that on the dishonline it shows your sling adapter as a sling box? I will get this reported ASAP. Thank you!
