As of today DirecTV just added my Local Network affiliates (Rochester NY). For Some reason Dish offers Buffalo, and Syracuse, but no Rochester, add the fact that DirecTV carries MSG in HD as well, all Buffalo Sabres home games would will be in HD on DirecTV, this means Dish is on very thin ICE with me.

I've been with Dish since 1997. Over the last couple years I've grinned and beared it when both my Bill has increased because of Program package increases but also because of added fees for this and that and the other. I'm a Everything Package Sub, with 5 DVR receivers, Supers, $20 Ultimate HD, and Locals.

Dish has about one month to straighten this out, I'll deal with no locals, since I have an Antenna, but I want my Local NHL games in HD for this season.

We Western New Yorkers WANT MSG HD!!!!!

I can't agree with you more. My billing cycle runs from the 8th of the month to the 7th of the following month.

Dish has until October 7th. to get MSG HD, or I and my $100 a month bill, plus NHL CI Subscription will be watching the programing on Directv.

I see that -25,000 net subscriber loss quickly turning into a -50,000 loss if E* sleep walks through another quarter...less value than D*, less sports than D*, less HD locals than D*, less national HD than D*, way more programming disputes than D*, way more legal troubles than D*, and lesser HD PQ than D*. It's like watching Usain Bolt race an arthritic old grandmother or Michael Phelps swim against 93 year old Jack La Lanne pulling a barge while in handcuffs and shackles.

I don't recall seeing as many long-time E* subscribers leaving for D* in the 4+ years I have been on these Forums as I have in the past few months. Hopefully E* will do something more drastic and innovative than TurboHD.

Basically it is nothing more that Charlie's Stubbornness. He refuses to deal with the fact he has turned off the largest market in usa, by refusing to make a agreements with YES, the Dolans and MSG.

Got my sat system going again but don't know if its permanent
