I would like to know what is the exact website the receiver connects to when I use on demand, because I need to unblock it on my strict network.

It doesn't connect to a website, it fetches data from two different servers using two different ports. You need to open port 80 for 8.7.94.136 (standard http protocol) and 8.7.94.155 port 30123. I must say you have one incredibly strict network to need to add websites on a per site address. Any particular reason it's setup that way? Option two (should I be incorrect about the addresses) would be to put the 722k into a DMZ by itself.
