DISH Network's Charlie Ergen May Be TV's Most Hated Man

And if you look at the fine print in that link, the ONLY thing you get by having AT&T wireless, is by being able to keep it "price locked" for 2 years.
To get the "all included" D* pricing, you have to have either U-verse Internet &/or Voice:

Am I missing something here otherwise???
I called them, the bundle price that includes equipment is for 12 months only if you are Att wireless.
But the price lock 24 months.
The 2nd year the price goes to $125 for my equipment setup.
Still very competitive. And that includes the RSN fees.
But I would like to see something better than HR54.

2 rooms, 722, 4 tuners (2 SAT, 2 OTA), EHD archive, AT200, $7 total fees.

the 722 is supposed to have a $17 fee, 9must be a $10 credit for being first receiver)
yeah direct would cost @ 10-15 more a month, but have 5 tuners, and be hd in 2 rooms

Not for me, I've had AT&T when they were Cingular so no other phone service will ever be an option for me.
Never had an issue, Not one.

move tot he middle of nowhere, no att signal within 10 miles of my house

I have three cities/location I need good coverage in, and ATT is miserable at best in two of them. Verizon saved the day.

this.
having had both, the difference in price for equivalent service is minimal
what savings you get from dish on a package is usually made up in fees.
heck when i switched from a 722 to 2xhr24 the fees went down
The fee for a single receiver that is 722/722k is $0. So right off the bat, notably lower than Directv.

Then WHY does it say what I quoted is clearly in the ad that ONLY U-verse subs can get "all inclusive" plan???
Still very competitive. And that includes the RSN fees.
Then (again) why the ad say at the top "RSN fee applies in certain markets"???

I think you got someone that was just trying to make a (dishonest) sale...which isn't that surprising these days...

hhhhm i could of worn i was paying $17 for the 722 (i dont think first receiver was free than, but i could be wrong)
vs $5 for my second hr24

hhhm just checked an old email
in sept 2010 by dish bill with 1 722 and at250 was 87.89
current dtv is @121.67

33.78 diff
but i went from 1x722 to current genie and hr24 with whole home viewing

Who are you with and where? Is it a promo or always free? In no way saying you don't, in my case not one option for me, Fios/Frontier, Charter, Comcast or Directv have a free from fees first receiver.
