Dish Network WGN Sound Quality

Hi guys, I've been watching a lot of shows DVR'd off of WGN, and I've noticed something strange about the sound quality. Specifically, my recordings of Home Improvement sound very "wishy-washy" in the background....Almost like they've degraded the audio quality to a point where the background noise is turning into digital wishy-washy noise. I've never experienced this on Dish Network on any other channel. Is this just my DISH 625 acting up?
