dish network remote access won't connect

Dish network remote access won't connect from website....

My 922 is connected to the internet...
I did reset the modem and router..
I did reset my 922...

any help please??

This happened to me after the S106 upgrade. I reported it to DISH but they had no solution. I can connect with the 922 with the mobile app which makes me think its the DISH server.

It is somewhere between Dish and Sling. I was on dish7.sling.com and could occasionally connect. I talked to a CSR and told him about it being dish7 and he said yeah, that's the one he had the most folks calling and complaining about. I noticed last Friday I now go to dish4.sling.com but have the same intermittent connections.

Same here. What I've noticed is that it's VERY intermittent - sometimes the DVR will show up the next time I click a tab in the DRA web site. Sometimes not.

I also have intermittent failure messages in Broadband setup - even though the Tx/Rx packet counters keep increasing, and resetting works fine - I've even set up a DHCP reservation on my router for the 922, to make sure it's not a lease problem.
