Dish Network recent activity time to post

Does anybody have any experience with how long it takes recent activity to post to your account at dishnetwork.com.

I purchased a 622 on 3/14, deactivated a 811 and turned off the old hd-pack. I just checked and the only activity is for 299 for the 611 purchase.

Do I need to call dish and chew them out, or is this normal. I already sold and shipped my deactivated 811.

It is 15 days and counting trying to get a $25.00 credit for a 811. Called today - they don't have a clue. Sent an email to ceo and have yet to hear anything
