while that is lower than normal (normal is upper 60's low 70's) again being outside of the footprint 54 should be fine

Find focal point - move the LNBF (which one you're using ?) if you can.

Prime focus is hurting you. the strongest part of the signal is being blocked by the lnb itself. You would get better signal with Parabolic dish of the same size. Additionally, prime focus dish is not designed for the smaller feedhorn in a dish lnb. your lnb may only be getting signal from center section of the dish. not getting benefit of the full 2.4 meters. Where is the dish located?

They work, but your not using it for what it is designed for, and it is inefficient. 2.4 meter prime probably gets same result as 1.8 meter offset.
