Dish Network newsletters

Is there a certain time of month that newsletters typically go out. I've been signed up for them, but have never recieved one. The only email I get from them is for my bill, imagine that.

I'm positive it's not a junk/spam issue.

I usually get mine the first few days of each month. You might want to sign up for newsletters again.
