DISH Network manufacturer?

I was in Canada and I noticed that Bell Canada uses DISH Network 301 receivers to broadcast satellite TV north of the border. So obviously DISH doesn't mind selling equipment to our Canadian neighbors and I'm sure Bell Canada doesn't pay $99 for each receiver. So here's a pointless trivia question: Who is DISH Networks manufacturer? Are they Motorola, Samsung, etc., and they just slap their name on the box?

echostar makes the equipment. Bell uses the equipment in canada. and sky angel uses the equipment for their service as well

Why does it matter who the manufacturer is? Are you trying to find the equipment cheaper somewhere else?

AFAIK Bell Canada = Bell ExpressVu = Dish Network

There's several manufacturers as you occasionally see them branded with their name instead of just Echostar. SCI, JVC, and RCA are a few of the ones that come to mind.

But, they don't manufacture them. They only pay the actual manufacturer to build and silk-screen their brand names on them, and then sell them.

some newr 311's are being made by other manufacturer's in India, and China as well as mexico, I have seen 311's that have said Made In China, India or Mexico..
