So if you have more than one DVR in the house AEP is the best package choice to go with.

Depends on what you currently are purchasing. If you already have a a few movie packages along with a DVR fee or two then it would not be much price difference to go ahead with AEP. If you just have one movie package and one DVR fee then it might still be a bit of a price difference. I used to have AEP but now I pay just about as much as I did without any movie channels. That is how much the prices have went up along with their nickel and diming fees.
