Well I'm about to have my first interaction with the billing department. I had 3 months of HBO-SHO-MAX for free that comes to an end on 3/29. I was holding off on cancelling so that they didn't shut it off prior to 3/29. Problem is that my bill is processed on 3/15 so yesterday they billed me for the channels. Today I cancelled them, with the hopes that they'll credit back the charge for April. We'll see what happens.
