Dish mount for OTA

I'm trying to figure out where I got this mount but can't remember as it has been too long. Basically, it's a plate that attaches to an existing Dish mount, and then the curved pole.
The antenna is a CM3010HD, I can't remember if that came with it or if the kit was separate (I think it was).

Anyone know anything about this mount or where I could find another one?

Disregard - I found it. For anyone wondering, it's a Winegard DS-1111

However, looks to be discontinued. Anyone know of something similar?

Would either of these mounts fit a Directv Slimline antenna mount ? I wasn't certain looking at their descriptions .

I don’t know. I never used them, just remembered seeing them on the 3 Star website.

I think both those mounts are basically the same and the second one specifically states "NOT COMPATIBLE WITH DIRECTV SLIMLINE DISHES"
