Dish Motor doesnt turn at all...

I'm setting up a new SPM990 Dish motor on my Pansat 2500a and the dish motor doesnt turn at all with the manual buttons on it, or when I try to move it with the Pansat settings

I set the Pansat to control the 1.2 motor and the motor makes a sound like the motor is working, but the arm doesnt move at all. Its almost as if the gear that turns the arm is off the motor or something.

Is it possible I got a faulty unit, or am I missing something here...

if it whirls but the arm doesnt move, its gotta be bad. Especially when you tried manually to move it

Opened it up, and the gear was off due to the motor casing being lose. Tightened it with an allen key and its working now. Thanks for your help Iceman!
