Dish local channel numbers

Just renewed my annual, and added the locals for the first time....where can I locate the actual ###?

you should find them on channels 2-72 and in the 4 digit #s like 7000s 8000s or 9000s

depending on receiver they may not be in the "normal" spots

the older receivers (3000,4000,5000,6000) they're in the 7000-9300 area
most of the receivers have the channels in the 7000-9300 AND mapped to the "legit" numbers
someof the HD boixes you can turn that feature on and off. As an exammple my 811 had the locals in the 7400 area and the HD locals at their "mapped" spot
