Nah, I don't believe in the Sh** list. They have done good by me (and bad) since that occurance years ago. It does not happen most of the time but when it does it gets very annoying.

There isn't a s**t list. I deal with DIRT all the time and know some of them personally and they are good people always willing to help anyone to the furthest degree they can.
What the OP says he was promised sounds pretty much in line with what others have been getting recently for discounts. And I was given free upgrade to HD with new receivers and $15 for installation. (Quite some time ago) This just should not happen if the OP is correct in what he was told.
