Guys, I think it is standard for us to post news reports of new information. The poster does not always have more information at the time beyond the press release.
It would appear to me it is for international customers, and only on the 118 Sat. I didn't look to see if it is part of a package or A La Carte........

One World Sports appears to be part of the East Asian packages except for the Vietnamese package.
