Don't think there will be a bobcat around at the first location, going prepared with farm jack, chain and some blocking. May be one at the second.

Looking at the dish itself, I will need to dismantle to some extent for transport. If 10 feet or larger the dish would be a wide load if I took it intact on a flatbed trailer.

Have you considered renting a cube van? You could stuff the dishes in there fully assembled.
 
I've considered something like that.

These puppies look a little flimsy to me, not sure how I would bunk them or support them during transport.

Maybe I can figure a way to cradle them curved side down, leading edge up at a diagonal. That would work for trailer or cube van.
