Dish Interactive "Dish Panel"?

Does anyone know what "Dish Panel" does in dish interactive? I noticed it on my 211 (not sure if it's on my 722 as I have not had a chance to check. All it does is ask to enter in my TV id which I have no idea what that is.

Anyone know what the interactive "Dish Panel" is used for? It's available on my 622.

prolly spy errr troubleshooting by dish network.. It might be that program that lets them see what buttons you push on your remote when u call in for assitance
