Dish Home Problem

Hi guys and gals,

I was talking to my dad last night. He is having problems with Dish Home. The page loads, but when he goes to access something in the menu, i.e. sports, weather, It says loading selection and then satellite lost. We ran check switch, everything was fine and tried a reboot. He lives in So. Cal and has a 510 and 2 311s

Any suggestions?

I think dish home is on 110

My 110 is a bit weak, and I get the same symptoms, while sometimes even watching the rcvr reboot.

Anyone know the answer?

Your dish may be off just a bit. Try to finetune 110 for a higher signal. Also make sure mast is level.
