Are others having the same problem with the Dish Interactive Customer Support as I am having. Anytime I have it call in to see my statement or pay my bill, it tells me that there is an error and that I'll have to try later. It used to work. The last software they had for it a couple of years ago didn't work either, then they changed it and it worked. Now it doesn't anymore. I checked my phone connection and it dials in to Dish. There must be a problem on their end.
