Server Issues. We are very aware that there have been system issues the past few days. In troubleshooting the system, it has been determined that the issue is at our provider and is hardware related. As of 12:05 PM ET our provider has moved us to a new server.
Things seem to be running better on this new server. However in trying to diagnose the issue (before finding out it was a hardware issue) we made some system changes which we need to undo. So if you find any issues or errors please let us know in the Operations Center Forum.

I don't know where all these trolls are coming from, but I am lucky I stocked up on a few gallons of Troll B Gone while I was in Mexico last week.

I'm not sure but the seeming success of the Hopper/Joey may be bringing them out of the woodwork.
Does anyone know if Dish and Disney are even close to coming to an agreement? Or if the contract in despute is almost up? It's approaching 2 years since the HD feeds were pulled and to me Dish might as well cut their losses instead of wasting money countersuing back and forth. Watching movies in SD on ABC Family is becoming less and less enjoyable :S

Agreed. the kids are getting older and are starting to the notice the difference in SD/HD.

If they're like my kids. By the time they really want a program to be in HD, they won't be watching any of the Disney channels.
sorry, there's no update, if there was one, Scott would have it on the front page.
Doubt there will be any possible movement until the contract for the SD versions expires, and even then, the only movement might be the disappearance of those channels as well.

Because of this, our oldest (9) has taken to watching a lot of her shows on Netflix.
I haven't heard any updates since early last month which it seemed like they were close to a deal.
While it may or may not be a clue, I do notice that DISNEY is the main sponsor next month for Dish Network's Team Summit event in Orlando.

Now that seems very odd. Maybe that could be one of their big announcments at Summit. I'm wondering what they're going to be able to announce that will really get retailers excited. Last year it was the sales app and iPads.
