Dish HD locals

Does anyone know if Rapid City South Dakota locals are ever going to become hd? Is there a chart anywhere that shows upcoming hd locals? Thanks

It seems like it has been a very long time since announcements of coming local markets have been made.

If DISH is negotiating, you're not going to hear about it.

I'd call the stations and ask them if they're talking.
