According to Dish Chat, they're still offering the Dish Family package. I know from chatting with the rep that it may not appear for choosing or review if the site has identified you as a current customer it seems. Logging in from a browser that doesn't have the "cookie" knowing who you are, seems to show it as an available package.
If this is what you're running into, try clearing out the cache in your browser... or just use a different browser and you'll see it for selection.
