DISH DVR REBOOTS EVERY 5 MINS SINCE MIDNIGHT DISH ON PHONE SAYS THERES AN OUTAGE GIVE IT 1-2 HRS DISH CHAT SAYS THER IS NO OUTAGE WONT SEND TECH OUT THEY SAY ITS BEEN REPORTED ANY HELP OUT THERE??
