Only the XS has an ethernet port. The XD is wi-fi only.Interesting that the Roku box is wifi only. If it's the Roku XD, it DOES have a wired connection:

One would assume so. The original XD has bbeen discontinued for quite some time. Any new Roku will be a "2".Well, maybe it's the Roku 2 XD, not the original Roku XD?
Only the XS has an ethernet port. The XD is wi-fi only.
As the "2" line has been out for over a year, and the previous gen is nigh on impossible to find new, the thought never entered my mind that it wasn't a current model. The original XD, it has an ethernet port that's the one being referred to there. The confusion is if it's the new model XD or old.,
I could be wrong, but I thought both XD models are wireless. The original unit was larger and had an ethernet port as well. The newer unit is smaller and rounded.
Yeah DISH does not want to do ANY business with AMC.Odd that Dish wasn't able to make any of that happen. Any thoughts?
I hate to disrupt the I-got-a-free-roku thread. But...
I wonder why ATT was able to come to terms with the evil, greedy, customer-hating AMC Networks, and relatively quickly, at that? Plus, they were able to leave the channel up past the deadline, while negotiating with those monsters. (And, leave it at the normal channel number, too.)
Odd that Dish wasn't able to make any of that happen. Any thoughts?
It certainly seems that way. That was my thought, as well.Yeah DISH does not want to do ANY business with AMC.
I have an XS and it has both. I think the XD only has WiFi.

Your assumption is that Uverse was able to agree, could be more that AMC had to agree with Uverse.
