Dish DNS Channels missing from Dish Remote Access

After not being accessible for a day, Dish Remote Access came back tonight but was missing the Dish DNS channels 9587-9595. These channels are still in the EPG.

But in the place of the DNS channels were channels 8000-8003, 8006, 8100-8103 which are marked as being spot beams. These channels do not show in the EPG.

Do you think Dish Remote Access is just screwed up or is Dish going to change the DNS channel numbers again?

This morning Dish Remote Access has the Dish DNS channels back and the 8000 channels are gone.
