Dish Customer Service has no loyalty to customers

I don't think there is any way for Dish to work with you to pay down a bill while keeping your service active. The only option im aware of is lowering the package, to Top120, Dish Family or the Welcome pack to allow you to continue to pay without going deeper into the hole each month.

As far as the soft disconnect status this account is in now, if you do talk to a CSR I know they will take a partial payment and restore service. But after 58 days with no payment, Dish wants money and they are not going to continue to extend credit to you without payment.
