Amen. That really is a big part of the bill, but I suspect those fees go to programming costs so the programming packages can be priced lower than what they really cost Dish so that Dish can appear competitive.

- How about a more reasonable "Additional Location Fee" instead of requiring whole different accounts, when you have more than one home.

And since increased rate notification , was one of the topics, and they realized they never notified me of the increase in any of my billing statements as they claimed they did , prior to reviewing my statements.

They came right back with Free HBO for 6 months.

So with that in mind, if your January or February Bill doesn't show the notification of the February rate increase.
