Dish comments on FCC ruling

Dish Network has issued the following statement regarding the FCC extension of Program Access rules.

"EchoStar commends the FCC for extending the program access rules and putting some teeth into the discovery process; stronger enforcement benefits competition, consumers, and video choice."
