A pot of $2.7 million is to be split between plaintiffs and lawyers. Plaintiffs who file can get either $3 cash or a $5 bill credit.

Lawyers get what is left over.

Padberg v. Dish Network Class Action Settlement

Wow, an 8-year-old lawsuit about getting a credit for missing one month’s worth of programming on 2 channels? Dish should have just comped this Padberg guy $10 in 2010 and they wouldn’t be in this mess

What I don't understand is why it only applies to those subscribed to AT120+. We were subscribed to AT200 and our email says we can get a $5 credit toward a programming update or maintenance plan. So basically what we're eligible for is a $5 coupon.

But you have to upgrade your service (in other words, pay Dish more money) for more than a month before you get your refund. No Upgrade, no Class Action Settlement.
