Dish called me about equipment upgrade

I received a call on my answering machine today from Dish about upgrading my equipment.
She said I would get call in a few days with the details.
Anyone know what this is all about?

I have a 811 and a 301.

wish they would call me offering an upgrade. I would like to see if I can finagle (sp) my way into a 622 by turning in my 811 and my other stand alone without paying the 149 up front.
