Dish at 72.5?

With BTV launching their N5 in 2009 at it going at 72.5, Dish has leased 16 of 32 trs. Does anyone know or might think what channels might be going there? I'assuming some locals but which ones from which cities?

I'm not that technical in this area, but what part of the US would that really serve?

Its called "Eastern Arc" which is a MPEG4 service that Dish has. They are using 3 sats (61.5,72.5 & 77) to allow folks who live on the eastern/central US a different option

same channels that are on 110/119 just in MPEG4
