Dish anywhere

The PC version seems to be working now but the Android version is still messed up here on 2 phones. :(
Not on mine, Every time I log in and select the guide, it tells me to log in, like it's not accepting my login, but it's not telling me I'm using the wrong login, either
 
Having hell here too on multiple Android devices and my fire stick. Of course I'm travelling and just want to watch my DVR, go figure.

I am using chrome. I can log onto dish anywhere but I can't get anything to actually play. Recorded or streaming. They look like they are loading but then nothing.

I am having the same issue. I thought it was my internet again. But everything else works on my internet. It immediately pops up with no programs available. I am on my android tablet with version 8. My laptop with Windows 10 and Chrome does not work either.

I've got one Android phone that's almost working and another one that can't log in. Both are Moto phones with Android 9. When the one that can't log in fails it comes up with a white screen with a bunch of HTML errors. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, etc.

No errors, just never plays the program though it looks like it is going to.


Thank you for the additional information, guys! May I also get the OS version for the Android phone that isn't working and the current APP version for DISH Anywhere that is downloaded to your Android? To find the phones OS version, just follow these steps:

  1. Open your phone's menu. Tap System Settings.
  2. Scroll down towards the bottom.
  3. Select About Phone from the menu.
  4. Select Software Info from the menu.
  5. The OS Version of your device is shown under Android Version

It's the version that is currently in the Google Play Store as I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times yesterday and today. :)

Getting the same error as JSheridan's screen shot.
It does not work my fire stick - seems to be the same jibberish as the screenshot error.

However, it also fails on my Android Tablet which is running Android 7 and the latest app from the play store (set to auto update) as well as on my Pixel 3, which is running Android 10 and is the most recent version as I uninstalled/reinstalled yesterday to try and fix it.

Pretty embarrassing to have a major feature down for 24+ hours.

I am using windows 10 with all the latest updates and Chrome browser like it asks us to do and all I get is a blank screen. If I am on my tablet and watching, which seems to work, it will log me out of it when I try to sign in from a PC. Also it works from my iPhone which is using IOS 13.1.1. Hope this helps. I use DISH Anywhere every night.
