Dish Anywhere mobile device problem

I got my Hopper 3 installed without any problems, however when i try to access my DVR recordings from a mobile device, it only seems to show the ones i transferred from my old Hopper by EHD.

its not the mobile device, because its the same on Android phone or iPad.

has this happened to anyone? maybe reset the Hopper? :what2
 
the app, both for IOS and Android.

app (both Android and IOS) also shows a Disney show from PTAT in my recordings, that i never "manually" recorded. ????

It's an issue. If you log into Dish Anywhere from a COMPUTER, all your recordings will show there. There's something wrong with the way the software in the H3 and the APPS are communicating.....and I have spoken with someone from DIRT and I believe it is being worked on.
