Dish Anywhere Issues

I am a Dish subscriber with a Hopper 3 and 5 Joeys. I have routinely used my DA app to watch recorded shows from my DVR while out camping. I just had to fire up DA and then pipe the output from my phone to the TV with the iPhone HDMI adapter. Now, since the recent DA update the TV will not display the selected video. I can mirror the phone on TV fine but when I try to play thru DA I just get a frozen screen with the 3 little red boxes. DA is one of the main reasons I keep my Dish subscription. Any help?

First thing to try is to uninstall and reinstall DA on the phone.
