Before Dish upgraded their APP for Android phones about 2 weeks ago everything worked fine but now with the upgrade it only halfworks on some Galaxy 2 & 3 phones. Dish says if you want the program guide on your phone to work you will have to have a sling adaptor attached to your 722K Receiver and the early hopper receivers. The App will do everything on your phone but you cannot use the program guide directly.
So the APP is free but you have to buy a sling adaptor in order for it to work.
