Dish and Sirius Channels

I have Dish and HD Gold package and have a qusetion about the Sirius channels. Is there a way to get all the channels as if you had the Sirrius service. Channels like Howard or the sprorts talk channels over Dish. Is there a package that does this?

Yup subscribe to Sirius with a Sirius radio.

Thats the only way to get all the channels unfortunately.
