I know that DISH was in a dispute with the FCC and was no longer able to offer out of market tv even in areas that are on DMA borders and had significantly viewed channels outside of the DMA. I'm wondering if that was permanent or it was lifted at some point. The reason that I am asking is my parents are moving to Florida and will be on the Polk/Oseceola County line in Polk County. Polk County is Tampa DMA however I think that Orlando DMA would be of more interest. I'll assume that if they want Orlando channels they need to get Cable?? Its actually the Solivita 55+ community.
(edited because I thought that the 34759 zip was in both Polk and Osceola counties but its only in Polk so strictly Tampa DMA)
