Dish and Receiver Installation

I will be going on vacation for about a month. I plan to bring with me my receiver (D11 - Direct TV receiver). Will it work with my (old/spare 18") single LNB dish? And how do I set-up my receiver, installing my dish? All I care is 119w, just to have something to watch while on vacation. I am not worried about dish angles.
I just need to know if it will possibly work or not and how to do antenna set-up on the receiver.

PS: I am a newbie
My current set-up is a 5 LNB dish.

It should work fine with the single LNB, but you'll only be able to get a signal from 1 of the sats. Why would you want a signal from 119? Most of the programming is broadcast from the 101 sat.

Where are you going on vacation? Hopefully it's a place where you'll be able to pick up a signal from the D* sats.

Thank you for the quick response. Oh, I did not know that I would be better off, if I will aim at 101w, but I will do that.
Yes, location is not a problem...

How do I do the antenna set-up using the remote?
