Taxes go to the government, not to former governors.

Omaha, Nebraska charges $5.00 a month to home owners who have dishes on their houses and they (the local government) must inspect all satellite installs. They also want to pass a law that if you have any satellite service that the dishes must not show the Dish or Direct logos.

So is this true? This tax is only charged to Directv or Dish subs? Why? If that's the case then it is very wrong.
