Dish 622 question

I had my faulty 622 box replaced after a call to tech support. I figured out how to switch back to two tuner mode (button on front) but I can't figure out how to change tuner two back to a mode where it displays the 16x9 aspect ratio. On my second TV using the 622, a patio SD set, it used to display the black bars and show me the proper aspect ratio. I like that. Now it is scrunching up the sides and filling the whole screen. I don't like that. I used to watch movies, such as Monsters HD, on that set with the black bars (like a DVD) but for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to change it back like the old box. I have poked around the menus and switched to a 16x9 mode and it still is scrunching up the sides to fit on a 4:3 screen. I want the black bars on tuner 2!

Thank you! I was hitting * on remote one to no avail. Then when I finally figured out how to change to two tuner mode, I failed to hit the format button again. Thanks... you saved me a 45 minute call in the queue of frustration to Dish.

I changed it there but it didn't fix it. Didn't make a difference for some reason. Once I hit the * (format) button it fixed it. Thanks.
