is it possible to program a IR remote to be uhf pro i got IR remotes with a 522 and need one to work for tv2

No you cannot program an IR remote to operate the UHF tuner unless you buy the UHF clip for it. You should have received a blue tabbed #2 UHF Pro remote along with it as well.
