I had one today, said the dish had be working great for years, " how come my work order said 4 different guys had been out there" I told him I had to move the dish to the other side of the house, this guy told me to make the dish work, I laughed and left his house, called my Qas, Canceled his work order, this guy was rude to me, telling me things like you people always try to screw me over, I found out the last 4 guys told him the same thing. give props to the old farts who think they know everything, o yea, btw I told this guy the dish replacement was free, " type 2 sd" I was going to redo the whole install for 12 points. O well lets see what the Qas has to say.
