Dish 322 Problem

I have recently encoutered a problem with my Dish 322. Instead of operating two televisions individually it's operating them as one. Meaning that if I change the chanel on one, both TVs change. Only the second remote can control the reciever, the first remote and any third party will not control it. It seems to be operating as if TV 2 is the only reciever functioning, yet I recieve the video from Tv 2 on Tv 1. I hope this is not to confusing and any help would be appreciated.

P.S. I have the remotes set to their own chanel, they are nor sharing.

It sounds like a remote addresing problem. However, try resetting the box just to rule out a software flake. Hold down front panel power button for 5-10 seconds for a "soft" reset. Pull the power plug for 30 seconds for a "hard" reset. I don't expect that to help, but try it.

Then, double-check all your remote addresses per the user's manual.
