dish-322 / PC control TV2 via RF

I recently consolidated 2 dish 301 receivers and got a dish 322 (Dual Tuner TV1/TV2 output). My HTPC controls the receivers via an IR Blaster. Before ordering the 322, I specifically asked the Dish people if the 322 allowed IR control of both TVs and they said yes. Unfortunately that was not correct. TV2 can only be controlled by RF. TV1 can be controlled by either IR or RF.

There are so many solutions for PCs controlling STBs using IR Blasters but I can't find anything that allows RF (UHF) channel changing.

Any suggestions?
