Very few deinterlacers will do the job judder free, as they don't go back to 24p. They show it as frame doubled 60p.

Ok, to be more precise, it recovers the original 24p, but then has to display it with a 3:2 cadence since the display is native 60fps. 120Hz displays can display with 5:5 cadence, eliminating the "judder".
